This company is a total cesspool. Never in my life have I found a dental organization this bad. For starters, they will go on vacation and not tell you ahead of time, while they will still make appointments. When you try to call any of their offices, you will get connected to some people overseas who dont even work there but will still book stuff along with having to tell them to connect you to the office. I went there one day for an appointment and it was closed, which was embarassing. The days they are opened are all over the place since theres not always someone there which is insane. Some of the people who work there are okay and some are total idiots. You never know who will be working the day you go in so its a crapshoot who you will deal with. I had scheduling issues and they tried to act like it was my fault which is ridiculous. Its not my fault how poorly organized and all over the place they are. On top of all that, they have a play area for kids in a freaking dental office. Many crappy parents just let their kids run around the office yelling and playing while your waiting and trying to just relax. Its almost like they want your experience to be as miserable as possib

Had an abscessed tooth and scheduled an appointment. Showed up for the appointment and the doors were locked tight and the Office was closed. A few phone calls later I was told that the office is no longer open on Wednesday. I made the appointment two days prior. I was told the office manager would call me back to reschedule. Called me back and told me they were on vacation oddly enough (2nd excuse) and that they no longer accepted my insurance. I think I was better off not having the appointment and you may be too

This place is the worst, they give appointments for a time and you must wait a long time in the mean time on the waiting room all you see is flys. The room dirty, with the floss on the floor and gauze. No soap to wash your hands hand sanitizer empty. It took me months to get my denture and the dentist expects you to know how to get the dentures out with out giving any instructions of how to remove them. In order for me to put it in I had to ask for a mirror. Would I recommend this place no, find some other place. Besides They give you appointments and you receive a text to confirm the appointment but when you arrive place is close. When you call they say oh I’m sorry. Good luck with receptionist too they ignore you, and apparently their system it’s for the most time down.

It was my first time and I was happy about their service....the staff members are very nice and welcoming. They treated me like a queen. They made me love my teeth again.

Dr. Ost was nice, fast, and polite. The office was comfortable and friendly, and the receptionist was very patient with me when I messed up the forms a little.
